We have implemented a non-refundable policy for our tour and travel services.
Once a booking is confirmed, the payment is non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from proceeding with your planned trip. In such cases, we are happy to offer you a credit for the full amount paid, which can be used towards any future services provided by SafeTrips Haiti.
Please note that this credit is valid for a specified period, typically one year from the date of the original booking. To avail of the credit, simply contact our customer service team to reschedule your trip or explore other services within the validity period.
Safe Trips Haiti is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If there is civil unrest or political instability at the travel destination, leading to safety concerns.
Government-issued travel advisories or warnings related to the destination.
In case of flight cancellations by the airline due to unforeseen circumstances. Airline disruptions caused by factors beyond the control of the tour company.
Any other force majeure events such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the tour and travel company.
We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Safe Trips Haiti reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation.
Travelers should be aware of and adhere to health and safety guidelines in the destinations visited.
Safe Trips Haiti is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses resulting from factors beyond our control.
